On Line Orders

If you make a purchase from us online it will be shipped from the wharehouse, we do not have the wharehouse open for retail walk in customers. Thank you for understanding!

About Us

We started part time in a small room built onto a barn in my Dad's backyard in 1987. We opened nights for 3 hours and the business kept growing and in less than 3 years (1990) we moved to our present location. In 1996 we opened another retail location but that proved too much for me to handle in that it cut down on my Hunt'n & Fish'n time. Having money is good but there has to be a balance in life so we scaled back in 1998, closing the 2nd retail location and concentrated our efforts on our one retail location and internet sales. We have been selling on Gun Broker since 1999 and we are very close to 2000 positive feedbacks on the Gun Broker Site. We enjoy selling online and we take pride in providing great service and products to our many customers, as you know we have the Wild Indian Gun Company website for online sales. We just completed an overhaul of the site by changing the look, format, and installing a new shopping cart that we know will better serve our customers . We hope to expand our presence online and we hope you have a good experience shopping with us online. We hope that you will share your online shopping experience with us, with your family and friends. 

Privacy and Security

No information we receive from you is ever shared, sold or loaned from our company. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. All credit card information is transferred over a SSL secure server for you safety. We take Security very seriously as well as customer information.

Return Policy

Doing business with us is easy. We try to keep a good inventory on hand and we ship orders fast. We are human so it is possible we could make a mistake. If we do make a mistake we will do what it takes to make it right. We do not manufacture the items we sell but we will repair or replace any defective item. It will be our and the manufacturers decision to repair or replace any defective item. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back to us.  

Used Items & Surplus

Most of the Surplus items we sell are Fifty Years old or older military surplus. The items have seen a lot in their days. While we will describe our Merchandise as best as we can, understand what you are buying and do not have Unrealistic Expectations.

Surplus items can be returned for a period of 30 Days from The date of the invoice. Item must be just as received with no modifications or alterations in original packaging with all papers and accessories included. Items returned missing parts, disassembled or altered will be returned to the customer and there will be no refund privileges. All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Return

Defective items will be replaced, repaired or exchanged. There will be no refunds on defective items. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number supplied by us. Some defective items may have to be returned to the manufactured for repair or replacement. Some items may have a extended warranty period from the manufacturer, we warranty all our items for 30 days from the date of invoice. Call us and we will help you with any defective merchandise problems. You will be responsible for shipping cost back to us or the manufacturer and in some cases may be responsible for shipping back to you. We do not refund shipping under any circumstances. We do not under any circumstances accept any COD returns to us. 

New Item Return

New returns are accepted as long as the merchandise is new as sent, unused with all original boxes, accessories and paperwork. Any new item sent back that has been opened or used will not be entitled to a refund, item will be sent back to customer or a store credit will be issued to the customers account, this will be our decision. We do not mind legitimate returns. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, or you changed your mind. Keep in mind for an item to be a new return, it must be new as sent to you in a condition that we can resell the item as new! All sales are final after 30 Days of Invoice date. All non Defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Refused Shipment

If delivery is refused, a refund minus the shipping fees incurred to ship to the buyer and all return shipping charges will be issued after it is safely returned complete and unopened as originally shipped. A opened package which comes back as refused by customer will also incur a 20% labor and handling charge to check merchandise for completeness, damage by customer and condition.

International Shipments

We ship to the 50 US Sates only , No International Shipments

Firearm Purchases

All firearm transactions will be handled in accordance with all ATF laws and regulations. We only ship firearms to FFL holders, either Dealer FFL's or C&R holders if the item is a C&R eligible firearm. If you buy a firearm from us that cannot be transferred to you for any reason by a transfer dealer, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be accessed to your refund. No Exceptions

Product Pictures

All pictures on our web site are representative of the products we are selling. However, the pictures are not of the exact item your are buying unless this is noted. The product you receive will fit, work and function as pictured. Manufacturers are constantly improving product, and the visual appearance or style may differ from the picture.

Pre-Owned Firearms

Pre-Owned Firearms being firearms we purchased from individuals, distributors in some cases or an estate, if you have any questions about or need any additional pictures of our preowned firearms feel free to email us @ before you make your purchase, we will gladly answer all your questions and send you additional pictures. 

Pre-Owned Firearms Disclaimer

We do not make any representations that the preowned firearms we sell are safe to shoot, we do not have a Licensed Gunsmith on our staff and it will be the purchasers ( buyers) responsibility to have all PreOwned Firearms checked by a Competent Licensed Gunsmith before firing to make sure the firearm is safe to use. 

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to be sure any item you may purchase from us, is legal for you to buy and own in your area. We cannot know the laws of every state, county or town etc. This is your responsibility. By purchasing from us you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase and possess the item(s) you are purchasing from Wild Indian Gun Company Inc, and that you will not hold us responsible for personal or property damage from the use or misuse of any item we sell. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Handle all firearms as if they are loaded at all times! We will not be responsible for any accidents from either the use or misuse of any of the products we sell, no exceptions.

Sales & Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse to sell any item to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Our only responsibility will be the return of funds paid on an order we cancel. It is our right to correct any errors that may occur in the course of constantly changing and upgrading of our web site or catalog. We will not be held responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Prices are subject to change at any time due to the availability and type of merchandise we handle. If this occurs from the time an order is placed before it is shipped, customer has the option of having the order canceled. Customer will be notified and have the option of canceling the order, and any funds (cashiers check, money order etc) will be returned. NO SALE IS FINAL UNTIL WE SHIP THE ORDER FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. This can arise when orders are held for payment by check or money order and the inventory is depleted before funds arrive or checks have time to clear. 


We accept Cashiers Checks , Money Orders Master Card & Visa, we may hold your order if you pay with Cashiers Checks , Money Orders until our Bank Clears them, please understand that fake checks are more common than ever and some banks will put a hold on funds from Cashiers Checks, Money Orders until cleared. 

Shipping Fees

All posted shipping fees are for the Lower 48 and fees will be adjusted to cover our cost in shipments to Hawaii & Alaska
